How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Each item is handmade with care. Standard processing time is 3 - 7 business days for shipping on orders that are already complete and available in my shop. Custom and made-to-order pieces may take longer and will be discussed at time of order.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes! I love creating custom floral preservation pieces. Whether you have a sentimental flower from a wedding, memorial, or special occasion, I can preserve it in resin or frame it in a pressed flower design. Please message me to discuss details before placing a custom order.

Can I send you my own flowers to be preserved?

Absolutely! If you have flowers you’d like to be preserved, please reach out to discuss preservation options and shipping instructions. Keep in mind that fresh flowers should be sent as soon as possible for the best results. The client is responsible for overnight shipping costs.

How do you preserve the flowers?

Flowers are preserved in one of two ways, either with a microwave press or in silica gel. Preserving flowers in the microwave is completed generally quickly, while preserving in silica may take up to two weeks. Some flowers do change color as a result of the preservation process.  This is due to moisture loss, oxidation, and exposure to air, heat, and light. For example, some flowers may appear darker in color, while white flowers tend to turn ivory, beige or cream colored. While some color change is natural, it can add a unique, vintage charm to the flowers, making each preserved bloom one of a kind!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the handmade nature of my work, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and I’ll be happy to assist you. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. Will my flowers look exactly like the ones in the listing photos?

Each piece is completely unique since I work with real, natural flowers. While I strive to match the style and aesthetic of the listing photos, no two flowers are identical. Variations in shape, size, and color are normal and add to the uniqueness of your piece!

How do I care for my resin floral piece?

To keep your resin-encased flowers looking their best:
✔ Keep out of direct sunlight to prevent fading
✔ Avoid exposure to heat and moisture
✔ Clean gently with a soft cloth if needed

How do I care for my pressed flower art?

Pressed flower pieces are delicate, so to keep them in top condition:
✔ Keep away from direct sunlight and humidity
✔ Handle with care, as pressed flowers are fragile
✔ Display in a cool, dry area to prevent discoloration over time

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, I ship to locations within the United States. If you’re outside these areas, please message me to discuss possible shipping options.

Can you preserve my wedding bouquet?

Yes! I offer wedding flower preservation in both resin and pressed floral designs. Since wedding flowers are sentimental and time-sensitive, please reach out before or immediately after your event to arrange preservation.
